Kuma’s Corner is a great restaurant to go to if you love heavy metal music, and creatively made burgers with a variety of ingredients. I went for my very first time on Oct 7 with a couple of friends and we all loved it.

“For the rest of my life I’m going to be comparing my burgers to Kuma’s burgers,” PHS Senior Dylan Sanchez said. “A personal favorite of mine is the Metallica! Dude you should really try it!”

The Metallica has bacon, blue cheese dressing, buffalo sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, on a 10 oz patty.

Kuma’s has a different burger of the month year round. October’s burger of the month is the Squash Bowels. It consists of a pretzel bun, 10 oz patty, deep fried butternut squash shavings, raspberry aioli, seafood and cheesecake with seasonal veggies. The staff at Kuma’s were a really good help explaining to us what the burgers have and what their personal favorites were. Also, they allow you to write in the bathrooms, and it just sets the tone for the place.

“Mr. Berleman was wrong on a lot of things but he was right about Kuma’s burgers.” Another PHS senior Kris Kuylen said. Kuylen had the Kuma burger, it has bacon, sharp cheddar, fried egg, lettuce, tomato and onion.

Other than insulting Berleman, Kuylen made a good point. Kuma’s corner is a great place to go and I insist you to go at least once. Kuma’s Corner has a total of sixteen burgers all great in their own individual way. Also, Schaumburg is a great location for Kuma’s because it is right next to the mall, so you can also go there.

Kuma’a table service is great, since it was our first time the waitress showed us some of the many things we can get, plus some of her favorite things in the menu like the burgers or the Mac and cheese.

Kuma’s has a 4.3 out of 5 stars according to Google. “The King of burgers, this local chain earns epic status ridiculously huge, super creative patties in artful flavorful combinations.” According to Zagat trusted ratings and reviews.
