PHS Cutlass’s new advice column aims to offer guidance to students of all grades.

Students have walked around the hallways of Palatine High School with minds full of thoughts and questions, those questions addressed by their friends or simply wavering away, unanswered.

Now, the students of Palatine have an outlet for their struggles.

PHS Cutlass’s new advice section will be managed by a fellow student, a senior in high school who has undergone many obstacles in their high school journey.

Naturally, teenagers are going through a time when questioning is at its peak; freshmen are new to high school and the road ahead and juniors are seeking help on their tough AP classes and on studying for the SAT/ACT.

All students can struggle with balancing schoolwork, extracurriculars, and high school drama, and sometimes advice received by friends isn’t always resourceful.

Solving problems, especially ones related to high school, isn’t always easy, but it helps to get a different perspective on those problems.

Those seeking advice can send in their questions to [email protected] with “Dear Pirate” as the subject.
