Katherine Meyers is a sophomore at Palatine High School. She is involved in Poms for the fall season and Competitive Dance in the winter season. Meyers signed up for Journalism because she feels that English is her best subject, and not to mention her favorite. She also joined Journalism because she liked to write and discover new things about people. Meyers states that she thinks the class will be pretty easy, with not much work to do. She is excited about the class as a whole. She is passionate about her education and wants to get into an extraordinary college so she can get a good career to pursue her life. Meyers believes that an independent person can do things for their own benefit.
