Shalyn McLean is a Senior at Palatine high school. She describes her experience at school as starting off slow and then gets faster after the first month. In school she is involved in fashion club and is even trying out for bowling this year! Her other passions include Disney, Walt Disney is her role model since his dream was to spread happiness. He's not the only one who wants to make others happy, Shalyn wants to open her own chain of candy stores. She's is very optimistic, especially when it comes to music as she likes all genres (except country and heavy metal)
