After the 2015 Golden Globe awards were announced, the Oscars winners seemed pretty predictable. But are they really? If you think that you can accurately guess the outcome of the upcoming Academy Awards show, then this is the contest for you.

All you have to do is complete the following form by selecting the nominee from each category that you think will win. If you get the most correct, then you will receive a prize! People are only allowed to fill out one form each and multiple entries will be disregarded. Take the survey by Feb. 20 in order to be entered into the contest. Watch the Oscars on Feb. 22 to see how you do! Winners will be announced on Feb. 24.
