Let out your inner Disney fan because Marvel and Disney have collaborated to create the movie of the century: “Big Hero 6.”

It tells the story of Hiro Hamada, a genius robot technician at the age of 14. Hiro wastes his time at robot fights until he finally goes to his older brother’s college. There, he sees a new way to use his abilities to help mankind instead of wasting time. During a competition, where the prize is a full ride to the university, something tragic happens and scars his life forever. That’s where Baymax comes in. Baymax is an invention that Hiro’s brother created; he is a big marshmallow fellow who works as a medical assistant. He is programmed with millions of different treatments to help people get better. Thanks to Baymax, Hiro’s life takes a whole different path that leads him to the discovery of a huge secret about someone who seriously influenced his brother’s life.

Let’s talk about Baymax. He is a medical assistant who sits in his charging station until he hears someone say a word that represents pain, such as “Ouch!” He is built to look like a calming, big, fluffy marshmallow. While he is made of a special metal and has a small body frame, he is able to carry up to 400 pounds. He is also rechargeable, but sadly he isn’t meant for endless conversation- his duty is to keep his patient safe and stable. Once his patient is done with his assistance they can just say, “I’m satisfied with my care” and he will return back to his charging station.

Now tell me you don’t want a Baymax of your own! Not only is he adorable, but he will make you smile, give you hugs and once he’s done he’ll give you a lollipop. Hopefully in our lifetime we will see creations like Baymax everywhere and if we’re lucky they will be able to assist us in our homes as well.

In the first month of being in theaters, “Big Hero 6″ made $178,348,125 in the U. S. alone. That is a lot! It has been said that Disney puts more time into their non-fairy tale movies than any other movies they have produced. It makes sense since fairy tale movies must follow the basic plot of the story while non-fairy tale movies can be very imaginative and creative. For example, the development of this movie took four to five years and most of that time was spent creating the plot itself. Seeing how advanced the technology in this movie is, one might just think that they had to update it very often due to our own rapid growth of technology in the real world.

Even though this movie was meant for younger kids it can help their older siblings see the light and know that others care for them in the world even if they don’t know it yet.

Warning! This is a very emotional movie so make sure to take a shoulder to cry on and some tissues because you probably will be non-stop sobbing. The music in the movie adds to the emotions. You might recognize one of the artists who wrote a song specially for this movie. Fall Out Boy created “Immortals” for “Big Hero 6” and it adds the perfect touch. It makes the movie even more emotional but at the same time it gives you strength to have hope for Hiro and Baymax’s win against the villain.

“Big Hero 6″ is not only making people  happy, but it is also saving lives. Many have said online that certain lines in the movie prevented them from harming themselves. Hopefully this movie can help individuals stop their pain and help them realize that they matter to others and they aren’t alone. Even though this movie was meant for younger kids it can help their older siblings see the light and know that others care for them in the world even if they don’t know it yet.

So, if you don’t have much to do this weekend you should go spend an afternoon crying tears of joy and pain while you watch what I believe is the greatest non-fairy tale Disney Movie. It will make you feel so many emotions that when you leave the theater you will be a better, stronger, and changed human being.
