On Thursday, Oct. 16, Palatine High School AP Biology students took a field trip to Glacial Park Conservation Area. Students got to explore the approximately 2600-acre trail and take photos of native and invasive species of plants for an assignment. During the field trip, students were able to see real life examples of natural biological processes taking place, such as photosynthesis and cell respiration.
