Last weekend Palatine students participated in the Illinois High School Art Exhibition, which culminates in two exhibitions featuring 100 high schools in Illinois. The exhibitions took place in Chicago, with about 800 artworks and an attendance of roughly four thousand people. Palatine students earned college scholarship offers totaling over $440,000 from several colleges.

Awards included:

Natalie Wohlgemuth – Early College Program Scholarship to the Pennsylvania Academy for The Fine Arts

Alyssa Wheat – Bronze in the Mixed Media category

Phoebe Koruna – Honorable Mention in the Time Arts category
