Matt Stepp, Photography Editor
Matt is a senior at PHS. He has been a photographer for Cutlass since his freshman year, and became the Photography editor last year, as well as manning the Instagram page. He is passionate about the arts, photography, and music. He is a member of marching band and jazz band. He is planning on studying Graphic Design in college, and has his sights set on Iowa State University or UIUC. He is also a Varsity Swim and Water Polo captain. Last year, Matt got 1st place in our Sectional for Photo Storytelling, qualifying for State, and received 4th at State!
